- The police report, if there is one
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We work with every insurance company.
Do I have to use my insurer's preferred shop?
It depends on your policy. Many policies let you choose your own shop, and we can help you check yours.
Who writes the estimate?
We do. We inspect your car and write a detailed estimate at no cost.
How does payment work?
It depends on your policy and your claim. Every case is different, so we'll walk you through how yours works.
Can I get an estimate before I file a claim?
Yes. Our estimates are free, with or without a claim.
Do you talk to my insurance adjuster?
Depending on your claim, we can work directly with your adjuster. We’ll explain how yours will work when we write your estimate.
What if more damage is found during the repair?
We request the additional payment (the supplement) from your insurance company and handle it for you.
